Call out the cost crisis this Christmas

A huge thank you to all the individuals and organisations who have helped us raise £3,418 this Christmas to call out the cost crisis.

We’re all facing a rise in the cost of living this winter.

But for thousands of people in Wales, the consequences will be unbearable.

Our latest research has uncovered the devastating impact the cost of living crisis is having.

We’ve already called out Free School Meals, the cost of school uniform, help for heating bills and many other improvements to peoples’ lives. Now we’re calling out the cost crisis.

Will you help us raise £3,000 to fight for those worst affected?

There are 5 different ways you can help to call out the cost crisis:

1. Decorate our tree with a donation

Donate what you can afford to fill our tree before Christmas. 

• For every £10 we raise we’ll add a speech bauble.
• For every £25 we’ll add a bang with a cracker.
• For £50 we’ll ring a bell.
• And for £100 we’ll really make some noise with a drum.

2. Donate with a gift certificate 

Buy a virtual decoration on our tree as a gift for someone else and we’ll create a personalised gift certificate with a message from you for the recipient. Just select the gift certificate option in the form below.   

3. Donate in place of Christmas cards

Choose to send one of our Christmas e-cards through Don’t Send Me A Card and donate what you might have spent on cards.

4. Raise donations by shopping online

Can’t afford to give directly? We understand things are hard right now. You can earn free donations for us by shopping through thousands of online retailers via Amazon Smile and Give as you Live. 

5. Raise donations socialising 

Host a coffee morning, lunch or evening get together and ask people to donate the cost of a cuppa. Just donate your raised funds via our form below.
