Lords Report quotes Bevan Foundation

The House of Lords Select Committee on the Constitution has published its report on the Union and Devolution, an in-depth analysis of the potential impact of recent developments in devolution on the UK union.

The Bevan Foundation gave oral evidence to the Committee, and its evidence on region identity and on the benefits and risks of fiscal responsibility, building on our work on tax devolution, were quoted in the final report.
