The course is delivered via Zoom, from 9.30 to 3.00 with a 15 minute coffee break and 45 minute lunch break. It consists of a mix of presentations by our expert team, groups discussions, interactive sessions and small group tasks.
Learners will receive a course handbook comprising the slides, notes and influencing strategy template.
