Thanks to the Anglesey Golf Club Restaurant who will be donating a portion of their sales to fund our vital work

Based in Rhosneigr, The Anglesey Golf Club Restaurant is a traditional, family-friendly restaurant offering classic pub food. The restaurant opened in November 2023 as part of the Anglesey Golf Club, but it is open to all.

Recently, the restaurant announced that they would be supporting the Bevan Foundation by donating 5% of their sales. Kids can also eat for free with any adult main meal.

Restaurant Manager and Caterer, Connor Farrimond, said:

“My ethos with the kitchen side of the club is simple, good quality affordable food ensuring nobody goes to bed hungry. The hospitality sector is still reeling from Covid, and purse strings are tightened with the cost-of-living crisis developing across the UK. Eating out is a luxury to most, especially for me even when I was growing up. I just feel that nobody should be denied the enjoyment of a hot meal in a social setting because their budget won’t allow.”

We’d like to say a big thank you to The Anglesey Golf Club Restaurant and its customers for their support in helping us tackle poverty and inequality in Wales. You can find out more about the restaurant via their Facebook page.

If your business is looking to make a real difference to people’s lives, we’d love for you to join our community of supporters. Find out more here, or email us for more information.
