Discussing the housing crisis

Steffan Evans of the Bevan Foundation joins a panel discussion exploring the housing crisis at this year’s virtual Eisteddfod 

With the National Eisteddfod in Tregaron postponed again this year the festival’s discussions were forced to move online once more. There were plenty of interesting lectures and debates to get involved with on the Eisteddfod AmGen website and the Bevan Foundation were pleased to receive an invitation to join the discussion during a “cnoi cil” session. 

Steffan Evans from the Bevan Foundation joined the Plaid Cymru MS; Mabon ap Gwynfor and Cymdeithas yr Iaith’s Chair; Mabli Siriol to discuss the housing crisis in Wales, with the session being chaired by the editor of Nation.Cymru Ifan Morgan Jones. It was a fascinating discussion looking at different aspects of the housing crisis with some interesting and innovative ideas for reform shared.
