In this short paper, the Bevan Foundation’s Director, Dr Victoria Winckler, sets out the Bevan Foundation’s latest thinking on the future of Communities First in Wales.
The paper recommends that a new programme should be established for a limited number of disadvantaged communities which has a relentless focus on reducing poverty experienced by individuals and households. • Enterprise, employment and employability.
• Community hubs.
• Community anchors.
