Thanks to Oxfam Cymru for sponsoring our next event sharing new insights on child poverty
For more than a decade, little to no progress has been made in reducing child poverty in Wales. With the Welsh Government having launched its latest Child Poverty Strategy earlier this year, now is a perfect opportunity to take stock and to consider what actions should be taken next.
On Tuesday 12 March, the Bevan Foundation will meet partners and colleagues at Cardiff Castle to discuss the latest insights into child poverty. You’ll hear the findings from our latest survey about how the cost of living crisis is affecting children – as revealed by children themselves – and explore possible solutions.
