Bevan Foundation insights shared with Shadow Minister

The Bevan Foundation’s today had the opportunity to discuss our extensive work on the state of the housing market in Wales with Shadow Minister for Immigration Stephen Kinnock MP. The meeting is the latest in a series of meetings held by the Foundation with MPs and MSs to discuss the key findings from our recent work on the Local Housing Allowance and Discretionary Housing Payments in Wales.

During the conversation we were able to share our latest insights on the housing crisis in both the MPs’ constituency and across the nation more broadly. We also discussed the wider context of housing within Wales and the UK and shared some of our ideas for reform.
