Lib Dem AM quotes Bevan Foundation

In the Liberal Democrat’s Debate on the School Food Plan in the Senedd on 29^th January 2013, Eluned Parrot AM referred to the Bevan Foundation’s recent evidence to the Children and Young People Committee.  This showed that only 17% of children claim Free School Meals compared with about 30% of children estimated to be living in poverty.
