The Presenters:

Victoria Winckler

Victoria Winckler is director of the Bevan Foundation. She has more than 30 years' experience researching solutions to poverty, policy innovation and delivering significant change to public policy and practice over her career. Victoria is also currently Wales adviser to the Joseph Rowntree Foundation.

Steffan Evans

Steffan Evans

Steffan joined the Bevan Foundation in 2018 and lead's the team's work on poverty. Steffan has worked on a range of issues relating to poverty including housing and social security, developing both practice and policy solutions. He led the team's analysis of the snapshot of poverty series.
