State of Wales briefing: Energy efficiency of Wales’ housing stock

This briefing summarises key data on the energy efficiency of Wales’ housing stock.  It is exclusively for Bevan Foundation subscribers.

It finds that the majority of dwellings are not energy efficient. The areas with the lowest levels of energy efficiency have the highest energy costs and are also places where use of prepayment meters is more common.
