The Bevan Foundation has submitted its response to the National Assembly’s Climate Change Environment and Rural Affairs Committee inquiry into fuel poverty

The Bevan Foundation was pleased to submit written evidence to the National Assembly’s Climate Change Environment and Rural Affairs Committee inquiry into fuel poverty. 155,000 households live in fuel poverty, despite a Welsh Government target of eradicating the problem by 2018. The Bevan Foundation was grateful for the opportunity to share our views on why the Welsh Government has not be successful in reaching its target and to have an opportunity to share some of our ideas about what can be done to improve the Welsh Government’s approach.

Our full response is available for download at the bottom of this page. We also recently published a blog sharing some of our views on the issue, this can be accessed here.
