Some children in Wales live in severe poverty, defined as having a household income of less than 50% of the median for their household type and lacking a number of material goods as well: the question asked in this report is who are these children and what action should be taken to eradicate the deep poverty they experience. The authors, Victoria Winckler and Anne Crowley, base the findings on a mixture of statistical analysis and views of experts in the various fields covered.

The report summary is available in English and Welsh, and the full report is in English.
