One Workforce: migrant workers in Wales

Migration to Wales is nothing new, but the scale of migration of workers from the accession countries of the EU to  some parts of Wales is causing concern about the terms and conditions of employment those workers experience.

This report was written by the Bevan Foundation for Wales TUC, Thompsons Solicitors, Unison, Unite and GMB. It looks at patterns and trends in the inn-migration of EU workers, considers their working arrangements and makes recommendations about what unions in particular should do.
