Land Transaction Tax: Response by the Bevan Foundation

 The Welsh Government has consulted on the arrangements for taxes on land transactions. This tax will replace Stamp Duty Land Tax, which was devolved to the National Assembly for Wales in the Wales Act 2014.

This paper sets out the response of the Bevan Foundation.
