The Bevan Foundation and Joseph Rowntree Foundation have jointly submitted evidence to the fourth strand of the National Assembly for Wales’s Communities, Equality and Local Goverment Committee’s Inquiry into Poverty.

The evidence draws on recent research undertaken by both organisations.
