The Bevan Foundation is Wales’s most influential think tank. We create insights, ideas and impact that help to end poverty and inequality.
We are looking for a Partnership Coordinator to support and develop working relationships between local authorities and the third sector. This is a new role in the Bevan Foundation created to reduce poverty amongst children and families in Wales who have No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) as a condition attached to their visa.
The successful candidate will play a key role in building and growing the NRPF coalition and facilitating partnership work. You will have excellent inter-personal and communications skills, be well organised and motivated, and have a good knowledge of the immigration system, child poverty and the governance of Wales.
The project is funded by the Welsh Government child poverty innovation grant.
Key terms and conditions
Salary: actual salary up to £16,679 p.a. (equivalent to £33,359 full time)
Hours: 18.75 hours pw
Location: Hybrid – precise mix to be discussed
Fixed term contract to 31st March 2025, with extension thereafter subject to funding
