We are inviting you to ‘sow the seeds’ of change by becoming a supporter today.
Yesterday, the Bevan Foundation helped to put an extra £10 a week in the pockets of Wales’ poorest young learners. We revealed that the value of Education Maintenance Allowance had been frozen for more than 15 years, and persuaded decision-makers that it was time to increase the value of EMA.
Change like this does not come easy and takes time. We need your help to germinate new ideas, sow them like seeds and nurture them until they grow.
That’s why we are asking you to ‘sow the seeds’ of change with a regular donation of just £4.25 a month.
Our supporters create a lasting difference in Wales. Our current supporters have helped us to call for:
- Free school meals for primary school pupils
- Extra cash for people in severe financial hardship
- A better deal for private renters.
Your donation will help us to create even more change that will help people struggling with poverty and inequality in Wales.
How do I join?
Simply visit our ‘support us’ page, where you can select the value of your monthly or one-off donation. Simply fill out the online form, and let us know if a friend sent you here by ticking the ‘recommendation’ box.
As a thank you
For a limited time only, we are sending all new supporters and supporters who make a successful recommendation to someone they know our Welsh poppy or Welsh onion seeds. You can sow your own seeds of change in your garden, in a pot or even on some waste ground.
Keep an eye out
We will be publishing a new article each week on the difference your support can make to poverty and inequality in Wales. Check out:
