Bevan Foundation one of 70 charities and community organisations to call for urgent action on rising living costs

Thousands of families across Wales are already struggling to make ends meet. With costs predicted to increase further through the autumn it is clear that the impact of the cost-of-living crisis on low-income families is the gravest issue facing Wales. This is why the Bevan Foundation has joined forces with other charities and community organisations from across the UK to call on Lizz Truss and Rishi Sunak to commit to doubling the current support package if they are elected leader of the Conservative party next month.

The joint call for action has already received some significant media attention. You can read the letter in full here.
