Two articles by the Bevan Foundation feature in the most recent edition of Welsh Housing Quarterly

April 21 saw the publication of the newest edition of Welsh Housing Quarterly. Welsh Housing Quarterly is Wales’ only independent housing magazine, and the Bevan Foundation were delighted to receive an invite to share some of our latest insights.

Two articles by the Bevan Foundation feature in the latest edition of the magazine.

The first, was written by our Director, Victoria Winckler. It looks at the impact of rising living costs and restrictions on benefits on poverty. In the article Victoria considers what role housing providers can play in stepping in and easing the pressures faced by households living in poverty.

The second article was penned by our Head of Policy (Poverty), Steffan Evans. In the article Steffan shares some of the key findings of the Bevan Foundation’s latest work on the Local Housing Allowance and homelessness.
