Bevan Foundation submits evidence on the impact of coronavirus on communities, poverty and housing

The Bevan Foundation has submitted evidence to the Welsh Parliament’s Equality, Local Government and Communities Committee inquiry into the impact of Covid 19

The Welsh Parliament’s Equality, Local Government and Communities Committee is undertaking an inquiry into the impact of coronavirus on areas within its remit in Wales. The Committee is interested in hearing the views of a range of individuals and organisations, reflecting the significant impact that the virus and the measures put in place to control it is having on families all over Wales.

The Bevan Foundation’s evidence primarily focuses on the impact of cornavirus on three areas:

  • Migration and community
  • Poverty
  • Housing
