Concerns about draft 2016-17 Welsh budget

The Bevan Foundation’s Director, will today, 14th January 2016, give evidence to the National Assembly for Wales’ inquiry into the Welsh Government’s draft budget for 2016-17.

The Foundation’s written evidence to the Committee, available here, expresses concern that there is little sign of public services being delivered in ways that take account of the spending cuts or of the integration needed between expenditure on action to reduce poverty and that on, in particular, the economy and skills.
