‘No innovation’ claim hits the headlines

An article on the Bevan Foundation’s ‘blog’ hit the headlines of the Western Mail on Monday 13th January.  Foundation Director Victoria Winckler’s article said that current approaches to spending cuts were mostly ‘salami-slicing’ despite councils being urged to find new ways of delivering services and saving money.
