Bevan Foundation Director Victoria Winckler explored the business benefits of the Living Wage on BBC Radio Wales’s programme ‘Wales at Work’ on 9th November 2013. Speaking alongside Iestyn Davies of the Federation of Small Businesses, Victoria emphasised that the Living Wage is voluntary and that the vast majority of businesses can afford to increase the rate of pay of the lowest paid.

A briefing on the Living Wage in Wales, covering the impact on businesses, employees and public finances, is available for members in the members’ area.
