Bevan Foundation Subscription

Terms and conditions

The Bevan Foundation greatly values its subscribers. These terms and conditions are to make clear what you can expect from us. When you take out a subscription, it means you agree with these terms and conditions.

Please note that separate arrangements apply to educational establishments and libraries.

Payment

  1. Subscriptions are payable in advance, and run for 12 months from the date that the subscription is paid. Subscriptions are not normally pro-rated, unless you wish to upgrade, and are normally non-refundable.
  2. The Bevan Foundation reserves the right to decline to provide a subscription without giving a reason. If payment has been made, the subscription will be refunded pro-rata.
  3. The Bevan Foundation will normally invoice subscribers one month before their subscription is due for renewal. Payment is due within 30 days of the date of the invoice, after which subscriber benefits will end if the invoice is not paid.
  4. Any subscriber discounts must be requested at the time of payment, and are not available retrospectively.
  5. The Bevan Foundation may vary the price of a subscription at its discretion, giving at least one calendar month’s notice of changes.

Features

  1. Subscribers are responsible for choosing the subscription option that is best for them, and will receive only the features associated with that option. From time to time the Bevan Foundation will remind subscribers of the features available to them, but it is for subscribers to ensure they utilise them.
  2. The subscriber is responsible for advising the Bevan Foundation of the details of people included in the subscription and for notifying the Bevan Foundation of any changes in their details, such as name, email address and postal address.
  3. The Bevan Foundation will make every effort to provide all the features of your subscription, but we reserve the right to vary benefits due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify subscribers of any variation.
