Time: 10:00 – 11:30am

What is it about?

This innovative project aims to develop and oversee the implementation of a new approach to economic resilience, both in the Valleys and across wider Wales. By doing so, it aims to increase financial well-being of people and the resilience of communities.

Why should you take part?

This event will highlight some of the key findings of the project as well as provide a discussion to explore their implications in a post-covid world. It will be an opportunity to discuss what’s familiar or what’s different from your own area of work including:

  • Prosperous valleys, resilient communities,
  • Anchor Towns,
  • Productive community assets: generating the benefits,
  • Transforming the valleys: a manifesto for resilience,
  • Social entrepreneurs and public bodies
