The Welsh Government’s Green Paper ‘Strengthening local government, delivering for people’ promises radical reform of Wales’ 22 local councils.

But how will it strengthen the voices of people who use local services?

Our round-table discussion on local democracy will bring people together from a diverse range of backgrounds to discuss how people can be at the heart of Welsh local government. They will include representatives of those whose voices are seldom heard by local authorities: disabled people, young people and older people, people from ethnic minorities, women and people on low incomes.

Places are limited and attendance is by invitation only, but if you would like to contribute to discussion please contact us for an invitation.

Date:    5th June 2018

Time:   12.00 – 2.30
