With the First Minister’s recent commitment to explore the possibility of devolving administrative powers over Universal Credit to Wales, the Bevan Foundation is delighted to host this seminar, looking at some of the key arguments around the issue.

What is it about?

This seminar will explore some of the possible challenges and opportunities that the devolution of administrative powers over Universal Credit could provide Wales. The seminar will provide participants with an opportunity to learn more about what a devolved administrative system may look like, drawing on experience and expertise from across the UK. There will also be opportunities for participants to share their views on the key questions that are likely to shape this debate.
