The number of households living in temporary accommodation is at an all-time high. One in every 215 households across Wales is now living in this limbo, including over 3,000 children – nearly six in every 1,000 children in Wales. Local authority services are buckling under the unprecedented demand.
What these households need is the key to a social home, but there aren’t enough. How can supply be boosted?
