What is it about

The way the Local Housing Allowance is calculated is widely understood to be a factor in causing and exacerbating homelessness in Wales. In many areas, the support provided is below the amount needed to rent in the private rental sector. Our new report will detail the extent of this lack of support, as well as the numerous other barriers faced by people in receipt of housing benefit when seeking to find a home. We will also discuss what solutions could be introduced to address these problems

Join us to for our free 30-minute briefing to hear the findings of our latest research to see the difficulties faced by thousands of people across Wales in trying to access housing.
