In many areas, the support provided is fair below the amount needed to rent in the private rental sector. Victoria Winckler is Director of the Bevan Foundation, where she has been leading its project on fair work in the foundational economy. She has more than 30 years' experience in labour market analysis, and policy innovation, delivering significant change to public policy and practice over her career.
