Helen joined the Bevan Foundation in March 2019 after a period at the European Commission in the department for Regional and Urban Policy. She is currently researching the financial well-being of people who experience low-income and insecure self-employment.
Victoria Winckler is Director of the Bevan Foundation, where she has been leading its project on fair work in the foundational economy.
