One in four workers in Wales does not earn enough to afford a basic standard of living. Many organisations and the majority of the public think this is deeply unfair – so what should be done?

Our Living Wage Summit is a unique opportunity to explore how to achieve a step change in the number of Living Wage employers and employees. You will learn about the Bevan Foundation’s recommendations for Wales and Cardiff Capital Region, and hear from leading experts in the field. There will also be opportunities for discussion and networking.
