What is it about learning that improves people’s health and wellbeing?

Individuals and organisations that are interested in exploring how we can reduce the demand on our Health Services by utilising adult learning to improve people’s health and wellbeing are invited to join NIACE Cymru and the Bevan Foundation on Wednesday 14th January 2015 at the Pierhead Building, Cardiff, CF10 4PZ at 9.30am to 3.00pm.

  •  Learn about the issues that health services are facing and how the integration of adult learning can be beneficial.
  • Share best practice with your own experiences of commissioning/providing adult learning for health and wellbeing.
  • Learn about adult learning approaches and opportunities to support health and wellbeing.
  • Make links and connections to help build effective partnerships between adult learning and health to support learning for health and wellbeing.

If you are a national or local policy maker, a commissioner of services, part of an adult learning partnership, working in the third sector or active within Communities First clusters or Social Housing then please come along and share your ideas and experiences.
