Evidence from the Bevan Foundation has been cited in the Finance Committee’s scrutiny report on the Welsh Government’s 2016-17 draft Budget.
The report highlights the Bevan Foundation’s call for poverty reduction to be embedded throughout policy making, and our warning that the cost of not sharing ideas, innovation and success in this area is huge.
The Finance Committee also referred to our recommendation that there should be closer alignment between actions to reduce poverty and policies to develop the economy and skills.
