Following his selection as the prospective Assembly candidate for Neath, Jeremy Miles has announced he is to stand down as a Trustee of the Bevan Foundation at the charity’s Annual General Meeting on 21st October 2015, in order to avoid any perception of bias or unfair advantage.
The Bevan Foundation is and always has been firmly independent of any political party. We comply fully with the Charity Commission’s requirements and have, in addition, our own robust procedures (available here) to maintain our impartiality.
Jeremy has been a great asset to the Foundation over the last four years, and we would like to thank him for all his hard work.
