My job, my future:
a dialogue with young workers on 'flexicurity' in a UK cohesion region

Flexicurity is a new way of thinking about rights at work and help for people who are not working.  Originating in Denmark, it has now been agreed by all EU member states.  This report looks at views about flexicurity in West Wales and the Valleys, and finds that the current climate is discouraging fresh thinking.  The project was funded by the European Commission's Plan D programme.  To find out more visit www.myjob.bevanfoundation.org
