The Bevan Foundation is working in partnership with the Equality and Human Rights Commission Wales to organise a seminar to explore the most effective ways of increasing the employment rate for older people and disabled people in Wales. Increasing Wales’s employment rate, particularly amongst these groups of people, was identified in its report How Fair is Wales as one of the key challenges facing the Welsh Government, employers and individuals. The Bevan Foundation is one of three organisations working with EHRC on this issue.
